So what leads to inflammation? When the immune system detects any damage in cell structure, or tissues it starts healing itself. In short it is a biological response to us. Regeneration of cells takes time and the body starts to act in different ways to try to heal the inner wound such as Pain, Heating, overheating, Swelling, etc. This process takes time and hence gives chronic symptoms. For example Fever, rash, etc. Inflammation is caused by a number of different types of reactions triggered during the process by the immune system. Inflammation cannot be just called an infection in the cells or in the inner lining of the stomach but sometimes can cause inflammation. Change in blood flow can also be one of the symptoms and is most commonly seen.

During the process different body parts and different enzymes play many different roles. So everyone should first understand that this is not a disease and it is a natural process conducted during the short course of time.

Inflammation can be annoying and hence overrule our daily lifestyle. So following are the 10 foods to help you heal your stomach inflammation:

1. Sabja seeds

Sabja seeds are tiny black colour seeds mainly found in indian regions. The seeds are originated from a plant called Tulsi. Sabja seeds mainly work as anti-inflammatory agents. In ayurveda the seeds are used for treating body and stomach inflammation (arthritic swelling). Don’t confuse between sabja seeds and chia seeds. They give your stomach the needed recovery calmness. The usage is simple you can drink it anytime you want, there is no fixed time for it. If you are taking the problem of inflammation serious enough then you can replace your morning fruit juices with sabja juice. 2. Kokum sharbat

In indian regions kokum sharbat is a popular way to stop stomach inflammation and additionally it also helps with digestion problems. Kokum sharbat is made up of kokum beans. Kokum sharbat is also useful for deep cleansing of the body and digestive tract which can helpful for removing toxins which can harm your body and can also help cells and tissues from damaging and degrading which can help to support the process of inflammation.

Tomatoes are easily available. They are incredibly refreshing. Tomatoes can be added to any vegetables or can be executed as toppings. They are safe to eat raw. As tomatoes may not possess any side effects they might show some infectious symptoms to someone so the advice from doctor is necessary if required.

10. Spinach

Spinach is a nutritionally dense leafy vegetable. It is generally famous for protein. In spinach  Protein covers almost 30% of its calories and also contains all essential amino acids. It contains good antioxidants which plays an important role during stomach inflammation. Moreover the fibers present in spinach makes it easier for the stomach to break down the food.

As we know that protein helps in recovering muscle tissues, the same concept is withdrawn here, protein helps in recovering the damaged cells and tissue bonding inside the stomach wall. Spinach is easy to eat. It can be eaten raw. It can be added to other cooked vegetables or uncooked vegetables in the form of salad. It can also be used as toppings.
